Reading Policy
Payment for a scheduled
appointment must be received
by Sonja's office at least 24
hours before that
appointment time. If it is not
received by that time, your
appointment will be cancelled.
The office will then email or
call you to reschedule once
payment is received. It is
easier and more reliable to
pay through Sonja's link on
her website through PayPal.
However, if you elect to pay
by check, plan on making
your appointment at least one
week after sending your
check.
If you cannot make your
scheduled appointment,
please call and reschedule at
least 24 hours ahead, or you
will be charged for that
appointment.
If you miss your scheduled
appointment, you will also
be charged the full fee for
that appointment. Please note
