Thank you for your payment!

For immediate confirmation of your appointment please pay at time of scheduling. The office will then email or call you to confirm receipt of payment and confirm time of appointment.  It is easier and more reliable to pay through Sonja's link on her website through PayPal. However, if you elect to pay by check, plan on making your appointment at least one week after sending your check. If you are not able to make payment at the time of scheduling we would be happy to hold your appointment with a credit card.  Please call Sonja at the business office. 503.746.6525

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call and reschedule at least 48 hours ahead, or you will be charged for that appointment.

If you miss your scheduled appointment, you will also be charged the full fee for that appointment. Please note this when you are putting your appointment time on your calendar.
